Items must be returned within 30 days of the original order date. *Items Eligible for Return/Exchange: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain free (makeup and deodorant included), no animal hair, no smells of smoke, not final sale or clearance, and within the date ranges specified in the return policy.

Once returned items are received (and noted to be *eligible for return/exchange), we will refund the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping charges.

*If your initial order qualified for free shipping, please note that returns and exchanges do NOT qualify for free shipping. Returns that disqualify initial purchases from free shipping will include a deduction of initial shipping costs.

If the customer orders the wrong size or wrong color item and would like to exchange for a different item, Perfect Apparel will accept the return. The item being returned must be *eligible for return/exchange. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item back to us and for the new item to be shipped.

If the shipping mistake was at fault of Perfect Apparel, we will send a replacement item as soon as possible at no additional shipping cost to the customer. Customers will receive a prepaid return package for the incorrect item.

We cannot accept returns on custom embroidery or custom printed items due to the personal nature of the product. All Club Series items are considered custom.

Perfect Apparel is not responsible for items damaged in shipping or lost/stolen packages.

Yes. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email from Perfect Apparel with the tracking number. You can also get the tracking number by logging into you customer profile at www.perfectapparel.com.
Yes. General orders can be changed and/or cancelled. To change or cancel an order, please contact Perfect Apparel at 317-389-5553. Please have your order number ready with details of the exchange/cancellation. If Perfect Apparel has already shipped the item(s) before the change/cancellation request was received by Perfect Apparel, the customer will be required to return the item(s) and upon receipt of the item(s) the exchange/cancellation will then be processed.
The shipping day(s) of the item varies. Most products will ship within 10 business days (Monday - Friday Only). The production time is not included in the time it will take to ship the item(s) to you. It could take up to 10 business days for us to embroider your item and an additional 2-3 days for it to arrive to you. We do our best to fulfill every order as soon as possible. The majority of our orders ship within 5 business days (excluding the holiday and peak crossing seasons). If you need items quickly, please shop our QUICK SHIP collection.
We embroider up to 90% of our products. This allows us to be able to offer so many different colorways of our items. Since we offer many colorways, we cannot keep every color combination in stock. So once an order is placed, we pull the blank garment and add it to our production line for embroidery.
